Global Goal #7: Affordable and Clean Energy

Having clean and affordable energy is important, because the world runs on energy. One thing I noticed while driving in Mexico was the air pollution. This shows that the energy used in Mexico isn’t very clean. Clean energy isn’t cheap, and in a country that already has a lot of poverty, clean energy would be hard to come by. Energy that isn’t clean can cause a lot of problems. It can create pollution on both the ground and in the air, and that pollution can help contribute to global warming and make the hot Guadalajara even hotter. Hopefully as technology evolves clean energy will become cheaper and everyone in the world can use it.
